Who Was There?
According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by Chris Shaw depicts Costa Mesa Moonalice, the patron saint of escalators and single engine aircraft. Costa Mesa grew up right near here, but she moved to Emerald in the land of Oz. She swapped her ruby slippers for a ruby dress and a small single engine plane. Everything was going really well until the dress got caught in the escalator, which is how Costa Mesa became a saint.
