The Filaments Project

The Filaments Project

The Filaments Project collects used guitar strings from guitar players; some whose names you know, some whose names you don’t. We make bracelets and other jewelry out of them and donate all profits from the sale to charity.

Amazing Concert!

It was 92 degrees when we got to Civic Center Park from Erie, CO which is 12 miles East of Boulder. We missed the first song, but the 2nd song was joyfully wafting through the air as we got closer to the venue.

Though it was nasty hot, (sunshine at altitude is a LOT more radiant and searing), the band was in the shade and everyone, including the audience was very smart and stayed hydrated, so all was well and rocking!

The last time my husband and I saw MA live was at the Stage Stop at Rollinsville, CO, and we were blown away.

And yes, they just keep getting better and better!

Valley of Grass

What a night! After waiting years for Moonalice to come to our special community, it happened! Great vibes, cool light show, beautiful music, witty conversation, it was wonderful. I love the poster, and will frame it for my collection. Please return soon, I think we can come a little better prepared...

Pacific Northwest

The only showing I could have attended was at the Hawthorne Pub in Portland Oreg. however, you cancelled. Since, Ive haunted your site and have never seen any attention paid to this error nor any upcoming shows or interest in showing to my area. You're missing a good market! You know how many heads are in this area? This is a concentrated liberal town of over a million including surrounding suburbs and bergs. I'm sure you realize you'd fit in well.

Barry is the MAN!

Barry is the MAN!

Kusheo, Last night's show from the Red Dog Saloon kept me up way beyond bedtime. The vocal mix was a little off, but Barry Sless was on FIRE! Don't turn him down just turn everyone else up. Barry's playing was out of sight!
I've really enjoyed your tour of Northern California. I'm a Moonalice TV fan. These shows are great, nice job putting them together Rodger!
One Love,

Moonalice poster / Jerry Day

Fun time yesterday. Wish you guys could have played longer. I was also bummed that they didn't broadcast over the PA. We were outside across the street from the ball park when you were doing your sound check. We could hear it perfectly. But when it came to your actual performance all there was was your on-stage amps. They should have been blasting it throughout the stadium. My buddies and I couldn't afford the Bobble-head tickets but came early anyway to hear what we could. When we bought our tickets we were told that the first 20,000 people in would receive a Jerry Day poster.

new guy

I'm a new guy logging on. I saw Roger being interviewed on Reuters and got the itch. I could totally relate to every thing he said about Wall Street and the IB business, high velocity trading, wireless technology, the Web, and much of the rest. I remember speaking to him while he was at Silvercreek over 15 years ago. Anyway, his gig with Moonalice is amazing and I just wanted to say thanks to him and the band for making it happen.
