Who Was There?
According to Moonalice legend, tonight’s poster by Chris Shaw depicts Doozy Van Moonalice, who created the first volunteer fire department in this area. Back in the old days, there weren’t many buildings around here, but there were giant fields of hemp, some of which were known to combust spontaneously. Doozy always ran to a fire, and her good looks and fancy car ensured that every male within 50 fifty miles raced to meet her there. What happened after that is anyone’s guess. What happens in Humboldt, stays in Humboldt!!
According to Moonalice legend, Herman Cain has abandoned the book tour that was his presidential campaign. We can only hope that Herman will take his act to Fox News or the Playboy Channel.
