According to Moonalice legend, Seva is an amazing organization that runs eye clinics in impoverished countries. It cures preventable blindness on an industrial scale. And Seva was founded by the incredible and wonderful Wavy Gravy. In our books, Seva is hard to top. We play benefits for them every year.
This year's benefit was at the Throckmorton Theater in Mill Valley, CA. Wavy was the MC, of course, and we shared the stage with the David Nelson Band, The Rowan Brothers (all 3!), and Rubber Souldiers. Our 75 minute set included Mr. Spaceman and On the Road Again with David Nelson, Mookie Siegal, and Lorin Rowan. Chubby Wombat and Blue joined the Nelson Band for Peggy-O, which is not part of this Twittercast.
