Subject: Heads up from Roger McNamee

Dear Bob,

For the past 18 months, we have been developing a new website for Moonalice that would be optimized for mobile devices. It turns out we were ahead of our time, but the first phase of the site has just gone to open beta.

If you would like to see it, go to http://beta.moonalice.com

There are roughy 440 posters, 400 shows of live audio, about 50 shows of live video, legends, photos, etc. We're still uploading videos, photos, and other stuff, but the basics of the site are all there.

Everything works on Android, iPhone, and iPad WITHOUT an app. However, Apple's implementation of HTML 5 has some severe limitations. Instead of playing whole shows (as the app is designed to do), it can only play one song at a time. I hope Apple fixes this soon.

Everything in the site can be shared on Twitter, FB, and email.

If the question arises, "how do they get revenue if they give everything away," the answer is "through licensing of our poster art, which may be the largest unexploited portfolio of licensable art in the world." But that's another story . . .

I look forward to your feedback!!

Roger
