Venues have been badly hurt by Covid and are struggling to recover. To help Felton Music Hall maximize ticket sales, we chose not to livestream this show.
According to Moonalice legend, today’s date is a palindrome: 2-25-22. That is auspicious.
This is our first indoor concert since January 4, 2020. Given the ongoing challenge of covid, we thank you for being here with us. Thank you also for protecting us all by wearing masks inside the music hall tonight. We truly appreciate your support.
Tonight’s poster by Chris Shaw depicts Anna Top Pot Moonalice, the tribe’s patron saint of palindromes and designer of the world’s most highly coveted cannabis robots. Anna’s latest creation is the Pot Bot Model 420. This robot’s name is Potty, and Potty has skills. He knows when to hold ‘em. He knows when to fold ‘em. He also knows when to roll ‘em and smoke ‘em. He may be chonky, but metaphorically speaking he is lean, mean, smoking machine. It is possible that Potty will make an appearance tonight in the back parking lot of the Felton Music Hall, but I should warn you. Potty is a stoner robot. He is always late. Sometimes, years late.
We will be back in town for the Redwood Mountain Faire on June 5th at 3pm. We will be on the main stage. Once again, there is a great line up for that show. We look forward to seeing you there!
