According to Moonalice legend, the climate is changing. After decades of being chill, the climate is getting an attitude ... and frankly we’re not happy about it. Not happy at all. First it burned up Paradise and Malibu and now it is threatening the rest of us.
Tonight’s poster by Lauren Yurkovich depicts Mermaid Moonalice, a Santa Cruz resident threatened by climate change. She lives right on the beach and in about twenty years she expects to be right up to her arm pits in salt water. We can all help. There are two things we all can do: first, we can clean up these environment. Second, we can smoke a lot of weed. It’s really important to start right away. Smoke ‘em if you got ‘em.
