Who Was There?
According to Moonalice legend, tonight's poster by John Mavroudis is the 917th in the Moonalice series. Today, Cinquo de Mayo, happens to be our band's 9th birthday. Poster art is really important and we are proud to have sponsored 917 posters in 9 years. As depicted in John's poster, some friends came out to help us celebrate here in Monterey. We are particularly fortunate that Marshall Tucker Band is headlining on our band's birthday ... and luckier still to be playing for all of you. We play a lot of shows with Marshall Tucker and every one is huge fun. But this is our first time at the Golden State Theater. Thank you for being here.
