Who Was There?
According to Moonalice legend, tonight's poster by Chris Shaw is the 600th in the Moonalice series. This poster comes exactly six years and one month after the first one, also by Chris Shaw, on May 7, 2007. The poster depicts the Moonalice Beatles - Joan, Paula, Georgia and their pet drummer, Ringo - at a Royal Command Performance for the benefit of Mrs. Kite. The Moonalice Beatles were part octopus, and they lived in a garden with a yellow submarine. Yesterday, their troubles seemed so far away, but now they are right here in this poster.
